***I used Hunt’s brand diced tomatoes with garlic. I added 3 bay leaves, and 1 tablespoon of stevia.***
Daily Dose of Pepper Cheesy Chicken Tortellini
Chicken Enchilada Bubble Up – Drizzle Me Skinny
Easy Bean Dip
-1 can refried beans
-1 cup sour cream
-1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-1 packet (or 3 tablespoons) taco seasoning.
Mix refried beans and taco seasoning and layer in bottom of medium sized baking dish. Then layer sour cream and lastly shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly! Top with any additional toppings and enjoy with tortilla chips.
-1/2 stick butter
-1 large onion, diced
-1 cup rice
-1 jar mushrooms
– 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Saute onion in butter. Add rice and saute until brown. Add mushrooms, 2.5 cups of water and chicken bouillon. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes.
